• Citation Index in Search Engines: Frequency of the company’s legal name—rather than brand names—in indexed news and press releases, reflecting PR activity and market relevance.
• Cross-Industry Awards & Rankings: Presence in recognitions such as “Best Employer,” CSR, or sustainability awards that demonstrate external validation.
• Domestic Market Significance: Share of revenue, employment, or market share within the home country—an indicator of contribution to the local economy.
• International Sales Footprint: Proportion of revenue generated outside the domestic market, showcasing global reach and diversification.
• Sustainability – Corporate Longevity: Consecutive years in operation, signalling resilience and enduring market relevance.

Key Evaluation Factors

Comment: Because companies in different regions publish financial statements at varying times, the comparison uses results from fiscal years 2023 and 2024. The ranking therefore does not assign a numeric index, preventing misleading conclusions about precise positions. The breadth of the list mitigates potential year-to-year deviations.

Several large Southeast Asian companies were excluded from this year’s review due to the absence of publicly disclosed financial results, underscoring our strict reliance on open data.
